For June Second Saturday (6.11), we have beer, art, music + a movie!
What’s more American than beer + apple pie? To help us kick off summer Saturday 6.11, we bring you One Time, At Band Camp Vanilla Coffee Blonde. We will be showing the movie American Pie from 8-9:30pm at the Curtis Park taproom, and Open Rice Kitchen will have apple pie on the menu.
Artist Heather Hogan from Tenacious Goods (www.tenaciousgoods.com) will be printing the circle Track 7 on shirts from 4-8pm at the Curtis Park taproom. She does relief printing from linoleum blocks using black oil-based textile ink. The circle Track 7 print is 7″X7″. Bring your own blank shirt and she will print it for $10. She will also have some blanks and pre-printed shirts available for purchase for $20 with several different designs. Additional cards and art will be available for purchase.
We will have live music at both locations as well. KamikazeMusicEnsemble will be performing at Curtis Park from 6-8pm, and Lauren Wakefield (www.laurenwakefieldmusic.com) will be performing at Natomas from 6-8pm.
