Super Azek Northeast-Inspired Double IPA
Every little needs a big. Our original Azekuanot was so popular, we couldn’t resist brewing bigger with our Super Azek. This Northeast-Inspired Double IPA is brewed with the same namesake hops as its predecessor: Azacca and Ekuanot. These hops give it big tropical fruit character in both aroma and taste. Super Azek has a sweet, fruity nose with notes of pineapple and orange, but this sweetness is restrained on the palate, resulting in a juicy, well-rounded beer. It has a creamy, silky mouthfeel and a softness in body that makes it a very accessible DIPA- perfect for the hopheads who haven’t converted yet.
Mutant Snowman Kettle Sour Ale with Cranberry, Orange + Hibiscus
By the power invested in us by the mighty fermentation demons, we’ve commanded this holiday sour to life: LIVVVVE! Our Mutant Snowman is a delightfully tart Cranberry Orange Hibiscus Kettle Sour. It pours a vibrant raspberry pink with a floral hibiscus nose that tempers a pleasant funkiness in aroma. Mutant Snowman is light in body with a nice balance of cranberry fruit and sourness, complemented by a slight orange peel bitterness. We always said we would never brew a holiday beer, but we couldn’t resist paying homage to our favorite childhood comic with this one. Prep your snow forts: Mutant Snowman is only here for a limited time.
Golden Guava IPA
Golden Guava is not a shy fruit IPA. We start with a base of Cascade, Citra, Crystal, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops to provide a clean foundation for the wealth of guava flavor and aromatics we infuse. All of these hops afford a bitter backbone that can stand up to the guava puree, resulting in a harmonious marriage of hops and fruit. Lush, tropical, and bursting with aromas of ripe guava and candied orange, this medium-bodied IPA is a fragrant luau on your palate. It comes heavily decorated as well: Golden Guava won the silver medal at the U.S. Open Beer Championship for the Out of Bounds IPA category.
