Our Oh Yeaahh!! series is one Kettle Sour done two very different ways: Electric Blue and Fierce Red. This dynamic duo was inspired by longtime friend of the brewery Sam Blackmon. But we first knew him as Officer Blackmon when he patrolled the area around our Curtis Park brewery 3 years ago. Over time, as he checked in on us, we came to find out he’s a homebrewer making great beers. We’ve since talked about recipes, and this Kettle Sour was sparked from one of our many conversations. After seeing him on patrol, believe us, he’ll smash through walls to respond to your emergency. So, Oh Yeaahh!! is our recognition for one of law enforcement’s finest.
Oh Yeaahh!! Electric Blue Kettle Sour Ale With Flavoring
Dare we say our Oh Yeaahh!! Electric Blue Kettle Sour tastes blue? Like the kind of mouth-staining, mixed berry blue we loved as kids. It pours a hazy teal with a pillowy, cotton candy head. Waves of pineapple and honeydew melon on the nose draw you in. On the palate, tart raspberry, boysenberry, and some of that pineapple and melon from the aroma bring a bursting juiciness that tastes like the sticky, childhood nostalgia at the center of a Fruit Gusher. Oh Yeaahh!! is a fun Kettle Sour with a Sweet Tart sugary prickliness, and at 3.5% ABV, you can sip it all day long like a juice box.
Oh Yeaahh!! Fierce Red Kettle Sour Ale With Flavoring
Our Oh Yeaahh!! Fierce Red Kettle Sour is a crimson, fruit punch bomb. The aroma is a medley of classic punch fruits like cherries, pineapple, and a hint of Granny Smith apple. It has a pleasant, citrus acid pucker that intensifies the soft, lactic acid tartness you expect in a Kettle Sour. Cherry sweetness rounds out the body nicely, and a dancing, soda-like fizziness brings all of the fruits to life. This sparkling effervescence will keep you coming back to the punch bowl for more. Oh Yeaahh!!
Double Dry-Hopped Left Eye Right Eye Double IPA: Ekuanot Edition
Left Eye Right Eye fans, get ready! We’re bringing back all of the bright, citrusy bitterness you’ve come to love in our LERE, but this time, with a hefty Ekuanot dry hopping. Our newest Double Dry-Hopped Left Eye Right Eye: Ekuanot Edition is an exciting Double IPA, brimming with an abundance of mango and mandarin aromatics. Dry hopping is the process of adding hops late in fermentation to enhance a beer’s aroma, and we double dry hopped this one by staggering the Ekuanot hop additions in two different stages to layer on the delicate aromatics which would have otherwise boiled out. More aroma = more flavor
