We offer an expandable event space that can host your party! Capacity is anywhere from 15-200 guests comfortably in our brewery warehouse space in Natomas. Our assistant taproom manager will be happy to help coordinate your desires to make your event a memorable one.
Please contact our Assistant Taproom Manager, Amanda Webb either by using the form at the bottom of the page or by calling (916) 520–4677 to find available dates and make your reservation. Dates are reserved only by signing the event space rental agreement and by providing a $50 non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made by cash, Mastercard or Visa. The rest of the payment is due before your event starts, the day of your event. If circumstances arise, and you need to cancel your event, we ask for 48-hour notice. any shorter notice will result the host incurring a fee equal to half the total amount of your private party.
If damages occur to Track 7 property due to your private party, we require you to pay for all damages to be repaired.
How much does it cost?
Rental fees differ based on the day of the week or the size of your party/ services selected. Rates start at $25/hr and go up to $1400/3 hr blocks + all services included.
What about bartenders?
Yes! We provide 1 beertender for up to 50 guests, 2-3 beertenders beyond that.
What about our own wine/liquor?
Yes! Wine is allowed. If interested, our Asst. Taproom Manager will share selection and pricing sheets with you. No outside wine is allowed per ABC regulations. Liquor is never allowed on-site. Any violation of these policies will result in a violation of the rental agreement and/or removal of private party and other measures determined necessary.
What about food?
No, food isn’t included but can be added as a part of the space rental package. Yes! You are welcome to find your own caterer or other food items. It must be prepared off-site and be brought in ready to be served.
Do you provide the furniture? (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)
No. You are welcome to coordinate rental and let us know what day it will be dropped off. All furniture must be delivered on-site no less than 3 hrs before your event to ensure they arrive in time. We do not provide set up or tear down services.
Is A/V included?
No. If you would like to bring in your own equipment, please speak with the Asst. Taproom Manager. If you decide to rent A/V equipment, please have it delivered no less than 3 hours before your event to ensure it is here in time.
Yes! Since the taproom is open to the public during private events, we have a list of approved bands. our Asst. Taproom Manager will be able to share this list with you.
Can we have a cash bar?
For space rental and beer packages, all beer purchases are rolled into the price of the rental fee. We do have no-host options available as well.
