Join Track 7 Brewing Company and Marina from Grazing Gouda on Friday, October 27 from 6:30-7:45pm in our Curtis Park taproom for a FALL-THEMED Charcuterie workshop! Learn how to make a Charcuterie board in this live Charcuterie 101 Class!
Marina will teach you everything you need to know to arrange a beautiful charcuterie board. You will learn ‘build-a-bite’ pairing suggestions, tips on cheese selection, cutting techniques, and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including creating beautiful salami roses and fruit carving! At the conclusion of the workshop you’ll be left with your own 10” cheese plate to consume on-site or take home and share! Each 10' board feeds 2-3 people.
